Cell-level quantification for research
Cell-level quantification at cohort scale, algorithms co-developed with clinical groups, and research access to Kraken and Nemo — the way we work with UCL, RNOH and Sarcoma UK.
Immune contexture across a tumour bed on H&EWays to work with us
Cohort quantification
Run a measurement across hundreds or thousands of slides — cellularity, immune density, mitoses, IHC positivity — and export per-cell tables for your statistics.
Co-developed algorithms
Bring a question and a cohort; we adapt a foundation model to it, validate together and publish together. Our rectal-cancer work with the ARISTOTLE trial started this way.
Research access to the models
Groups building their own methods can work with the models and the labelled-cell database under a research agreement.
Peer-reviewed publications
Our methods and the products built on them are published, with the cohorts and code they were tested on.
Octopath grew out of a UKRI Future Leaders Fellowship at UCL and works with the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital and Sarcoma UK. Partner institutions co-author publications and take part in validation.
How a collaboration runs
The question
Which cells, which cohort, which outcome.
The measurement
Kraken or Nemo adapted and run across the cohort; per-cell tables returned.
The analysis
Your statistics on our numbers; our overlays for your figures.
The paper
Co-authored, with the algorithm version and validation documented.
Models and evidence
Kraken
The H&E model behind the Octo products and every H&E readout.
About Kraken →Nemo
The IHC model behind the Nemo products and every IHC score.
About Nemo →Publications & validation
Peer-reviewed work in The Lancet Oncology, eBioMedicine and Nature Communications Biology.

Tell us the question and the slide count and we will say what can be measured and how quickly.
